3. Service Description

Tiny Rebrand provides URL rebranding and management services. Users can customize, manage, and track their URLs using their own domains. Users are responsible for using this service responsibly, within legal use cases, and must not use it for anything illegal in any jurisdiction. Users are responsible for their own actions, including links created, outside links used, domains connected, passwords set, and any settings applied.

4. User Accounts

Users must create an account to use our services. Account creation requires providing a valid email address, which is used to verify the account by sending a verification email. Users must click the verification link to activate their account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, malicious usage, illegal activity, or any bad behavior.

5. Fees and Payments

Our service costs $9.90 USD per month, billed through Stripe. Stripe handles all payment information and data. Users have a 14-day trial period to decide if they like the service. Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for past or ongoing subscription periods. In case of account suspension or termination due to rule violations, no refunds are provided for the current paid period.

6. Usage Restrictions

Users must use the service only for legal activities and must not cause any harm to the service, its infrastructure, or any third-party providers. Prohibited activities include spamming, illegal activities, and scamming, which will result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Laimingas verslas, MB. Users are allowed to use the Tiny Rebrand logo for marketing, sharing, and promotional purposes.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, which are provided "as is." This includes any downtime, bugs, server crashes, or other issues. We will do our best to provide a quality service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, where the company is incorporated. Any disputes should be resolved amicably, but if necessary, they will be resolved under Lithuanian law.
